Downtown Maple Ridge BIA

The Facade Improvement Program successful applicants have been announced! A total of $36,000 was granted, including $12,500 from the District of Maple Ridge, which will generate a total of approximately $300,000 in façade improvements in Downtown Maple Ridge. All improvements will be completed before July 1^st 2011.

The recipients are:

• 11910 227^th Street (tenant: RM Assoc. for Community Living)
• 11952 to 11970 224^th Street (tenant: Jim’s Pizza to Sweet Orange Clothing, a       total of 5 properties)
• #7 22214 Dewdney Trunk Road (tenant: Local Ride)
• 22344- 22350 Selkirk (tenant: Rootz to Dennis Taylor, total of 3 properties)
• 22375 Lougheed Hwy (tenant: Kitchen on the Ridge)
